Wendy Browning started her career in real estate and property management over 20 years ago at Hart Property Management Inc. After rising from a Property Administrator to Property Manager and Associate Broker, Wendy decided to take over the business as Broker when Bob Rivest retired in 2019…and Hart Browning Management Inc. was born. Wendy is the co-owner of Hart Browning Management Inc. with her husband Jeff and uses her expertise to ensure each and every client receives exceptional customized service.
Jeff Browning started his career in the Automotive Service industry. After rising from Apprentice to Journeyman Technician he moved to Service Manager and then Store Manager. In 2020 he decided to take those transferrable skills he used as store manager and mechanic to work in the family business with his wife Wendy, as Office and Site Manger at Hart Browning Management Inc. Jeff uses his expertise to ensure each and every property receives top-notch maintenance.
Shanice Pidluzny grew up in Kelowna, BC and moved to Calgary, Alberta in 2020. She graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Degree in English. She also completed a Business Administration Diploma specializing in Human Resources in 2019 at Okanagan College.
Shanice started with Hart Browning Management in 2021 where she quickly moved into a property management position, and has been licenced in Property Management and Commercial Real Estate since 2023.
